Production of film documenting social intervention by Austrian artist group.
Wochenklausur were resident in Leeds over the summer of 2006 working with communities and businesses from the Holbeck and Holbeck Urban Village areas of Leeds, on a project entitled ‘City Co-operation’. This proposal for the city recognised that the disused Holbeck Viaduct was a cause of physical and economic separation. WochenKlausur sought to weave a new net through the monument, bringing organisations together to start a dialogue through the initiation of discrete cooperative projects.
